Raise your hand (or write a review) one / one that did never eaten pumpkin baking.
Mrs. Mr. Daguerre Daguerre htc j sent to invite me to dinner. I drank cognac in glasses with one Mr. heated and we exchanged a few words about France, Romania and my French is not so bad after 15 years of not speaking the language of Voltaire. Lady then invited

us to dinner, apologizing for failing to prepare than an appetizer, a main dish, a tart and a cheese plate for dessert. That night I ate for the first time in my life hachis Parmentier, a dish born of poverty, deliciously simple and simply delicious. Before you give the recipe, but I must say that's the point of this post.
Starting htc j today and until November 2, 2012 (inclusive), htc j you can take part in a contest held exclusively through this blog. The contest is called Adi Hadean and Samsung taste you remember your holidays and contest rules is available here (I recommend you read the rules). In summary, five days ahead I will post my recipes gathered from the places where I was and what I liked. We selected foreign countries because lately I have posted many recipes with Romanian roots. I cook these recipes on the equipment they have received from Samsung to test and then give one of you from the competition. We in the living room (my kitchen is already full of all sorts of things) htc j an embeddable oven Samsung (BQ2Q7G214) and electromagnetic induction hob Samsung (CTN464KC01). Cook them and they will go to one of you. Virtually all have a chance. You just have to tell you in a comment (or more) left in this post or any of the posts from the contest (one to write at the beginning of his posts that competition does not reveal confusion), on a vacation with good taste, about a dish that you discovered one of your holidays, whether at home or abroad. I encourage you to post more comments, the more posts, the more I have to read more about the taste of your holiday, the better. At the end of the contest, I will choose a winner according to the rules, judging from how to manage your memories carry me to places that you have visited. For an induction hob and oven Samsung built should have great stories. Good luck, dear.
So wonderful to return to France (I was there in 2010, in Charente, on the banks of the river of the same name), to Mr. and Mrs. Daguerre, my simpaticele hosts. I had the opportunity until now gamble culinary memories of their house but I seem to have found the perfect opportunity. Parmentier Hachis Mr. Auguste Parmentier is dedicated to food, nutrition and French chemist who was responsible for promoting the potato in France as a means of combating hunger. Came out pretty good and French bears a pleasant memory, resurrected every time someone or eat this way.
To make this dish I used hob and oven. And, of course, ingredients, or a pound of peeled potatoes, 600 grams of minced htc j meat (beef mixed with pork could be other kinds of meat, and even table scraps yesterday), three to four shallots (small onions and sweet), salt, pepper, a cup of white wine, a spoonful of flour and a few basil leaves.
If the furnace I'm htc j pretty good in terms of plate, I had studied a little package (rest assured, I read and that the oven can much more than meets the eye and I intend to test how properly). Once I get what's good with The lock LED (protection for children who are not allowed to play with fire or no induction), I started to work.
I cut potatoes and I put water on to boil. Hob above it feels when the ship is empty and if I feel full and if you press icon responsible for the "boiling" takes care to bring the temp of boiling water very, very quickly, which shortens the time spent in kitchen (all boiled potatoes in 12 minutes but no longer have to wait 6-10 minutes htc j until water begins to boil).
I put the hot pan with a little oil and onion then took her on fire because I thought it heats up too fast - the real thing, not inertia induction fire, act quickly, vessels not store much heat and neutral surface stays cool and can be cleaned easily once you have finished cooking - I died then with wine, I added flour (after my mind, I would not put flour but immediately understand what she's doing there), I poured a little wine and added meat to brown fairly quickly. Due to the onion mixture, wine and flour, I got a filling flavored linked, especially since I put some basil leaves in it.
