The U.S. Court of Appeals xperia x8 now has overturned an injunction banning sales of the Samsung Galaxy xperia x8 Nexus smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus ban, issued in June by a California district court, was an unlawful abuse of the court s discretion, the ruling says. Read about it here .

But I still think Samsung should refuse to sell parts to Apple.
I think a silent thermonuclear war has started. Google kinda stopped developing apps for iOS and iP5's screen is from Sharp (a costly choice). With all the flaws on iP5 we can be rest assured xperia x8 where this is going.
